1 yellow onion

1 red onion

1 carrot

8 limes

1 lemon

1 orange

1 small bunch scallions

1 bunch fresh cilantro

Fresh ginger root

Fresh dill

Fresh basil

Fresh garlic

Meat / Fish

1-1/2 pounds large sea scallops

2 pounds sashimi grade tuna steaks*

2 bone-in chicken breasts with skin

Dairy/Refrigerator/Freezer

10 eggs

4 oz. Feta cheese

2 oz. soft goat cheese

Parmesan

Pecorino Romano

Pantry Staples

15 oz. can chickpeas

1 pound orechiette

Small pasta (I used farfalletini)

5 slices sandwich bread (for making fresh bread crumbs)
