My high school boyfriend worked at his family’s restaurant and I spent a fair amount of time there. One of my favorite dishes was this Greek lemon soup with orzo and up until now, I never attempted to recreate it. I don’t know what I was waiting for. This soup is soothing and creamy and extremely flavorful without being heavy.
