Another winner! I was worried when I was cooking that the sauce would end up tasting more burnt than smokey, but it was absolutely delicious. I followed your Quick Tip No. 1 and pounded out the chicken, and I think it was the right thing to do. The dish tasted much fancier than the relatively minimal effort required.
