Honeydew Mint Smoothie

I spend a fair bit of time at DC’s wildly popular Tryst Coffeehouse. On a bleary-eyed morning after I’d endured an overnight flight home from Kauai, I had this honeydew mint smoothie. It was perfect – cool, lightly sweet without being overwhelmingly so and refreshing. After a week of vacation life (rough, I know), it provided a perfect re-entry to reality.

  • 2 cups cubed honeydew
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons lightly packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Process on high speed until smooth.
