I love myself a good latte. But I discovered I can get a lot more out of my favorite caffeinated beverage with a burst of added calcium (more than milk, my friends), healthy fat, fiber and potassium. This is a smoothie-latte mash up, of sorts. Get your jolt and check breakfast off your to-do list all in one cup.
One bottle makes four drinks, but in this recipe, I’ve used a little more than 1/4 bottle because I’m a piggy like that.
