Mustard Dressing

You really have to enjoy mustard to like this dressing! We love mustard, so this is a hit at our house. If you want a more subtle mustard flavor here, add another tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar and double the oil. You may also want to add a touch of kosher salt.

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • Place all ingredients in a mini food processor and process until creamy and smooth.
  • I like to use this on arugula or spinach greens. As there is no pepper or salt in the dressing, I typically dress the salad, then add a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper on top.
