I love peanut butter but I find it to be a little one dimensional, if you know what I mean. Here I added some roasted pecans to round out the flavors. Honey adds a touch of sweetness and the salt ties it all up with a bow. Delicious as a dip for veggies or fresh fruit, or slathered on a sandwich the old fashioned way.

Number of servings (yield): about 2 cups
