SPRING 2011. ARUGULA. 05.13.11

Have you ever found yourself looking for something in the exact place you’re sure it is, but you still can’t find it? You begin rifling through cabinets and drawers, upsetting piles of papers and books, knowing that it’s literally in front of your face and you just aren’t seeing it. Annoying. I was starting to get to that place with the recipes page here. It has grown so quickly that it had become unwieldy and unnavigable. I’m pleased to inform you that a new recipes page is in our midst. Perhaps you are having a dinner party and you need a vegetarian main course? Or you are hosting a child’s birthday party and you need something that will be a hit with the kids (since you refuse to comply with unwritten child birthday party code by not ordering pizza!). Now you can search for recipes that fit your needs by simply reviewing the categories and scanning through the choices. This new page layout will allow for better planning and organization as you map out trips to the market and meals for the week.

If you’ve not yet hit the local farmers market, what’s stopping you? A personal invitation is not required. Beautiful spring produce awaits! Did you miss last week’s arugula salad with strawberries and feta? Be sure to check it out this week if you can stand yet one more arugula recipe in the course of  seven days.
