Mediterranean Platter

Perfect with a glass of crisp white wine.

  • Olives
  • Stuffed grape leaves
  • Feta cheese
  • Chopped cucumber
  • Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Sliced grilled chicken breast
  • Lemon wedges
  • Zucchini Hummus
  • Pita bread or Country Bread, sliced
  • Arrange items on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil or basil oil. Sprinkle to taste with sea salt.
