Produce 3 yellow onions 1-1/2 pound kale 3/4 pound green beans 1 pound brussels sprouts 4 cups fresh spinach 1 sweet potato 1 jalapeno pepper 6 shallots 2 lemons 2 limes Fresh garlic Fresh basil Fresh cilantro Meat / Fish 1 pound sweet Italian sausage 2 pounds shrimp 4-4 oz. salmon filets 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Dairy/Refrigerator/Freezer 1/2 cup heavy cream 15 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese 1 cup Pecorino Romano 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella Parmesan cheese 1 egg Pantry Staples 28 oz. can whole tomatoes in juice 14.5 oz. can light coconut milk 1-3/4 pound short pasta (2 different shapes) 1/2 pound whole wheat spaghetti 1-1/2 cup French green lentils Whole wheat bread crumbs Whole wheat pretzels Capers Currants Pine nuts Sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed) Vodka (the good kind – not the junk you drank in college) Note: List does not include “weekend splurge” ingredients.
